Welcome to Upland Junk Removal. By accessing this website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or using any information provided through this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or submit your information.

1. Website Purpose

Upland Junk Removal is a marketing and lead-generation website that connects property owners and other prospective customers with an independent local junk removal contractor.

The website operator does not necessarily perform the junk removal or hauling services advertised on this website.

When you contact us or request a quote, your inquiry may be forwarded to one selected independent contractor serving your area.

2. Independent Local Contractor

The contractor receiving your inquiry is an independent business and is not an employee, agent, partner, joint venture, representative, or subsidiary of the website operator.

The contractor is solely responsible for:

• Contacting and following up with prospective customers
• Responding to calls, forms, messages, and quote requests
• Inspecting the property and evaluating the requested work
• Providing quotations, estimates, schedules, and service agreements
• Agreeing on pricing and payment terms with the customer
• Performing all junk removal, hauling, and disposal services
• Providing all labor, equipment, vehicles, trucks, materials, and supplies
• Hiring, supervising, paying, and managing its employees or subcontractors
• Following accepted industry practices and safe handling procedures
• Protecting the property, landscaping, occupants, neighboring properties, and the public
• Complying with all applicable environmental, waste disposal, recycling, transportation, safety, and workplace requirements
• Completing the work safely, lawfully, professionally, and to the standard agreed with the customer
• Handling complaints, warranties, refunds, rework, damage claims, and disputes arising from its services

Any service agreement is entered into directly between the customer and the independent contractor.

3. Licenses, Permits, and Insurance

The independent contractor is solely responsible for determining and maintaining all licenses, registrations, permits, certifications, approvals, and insurance required to operate and perform work in the relevant state, county, city, or municipality.

This includes, where applicable:

• Business registrations and licenses
• Contractor, hauling, or waste transporter licenses
• Local permits
• General liability insurance
• Commercial vehicle insurance
• Workers' compensation insurance
• Employer-related insurance
• Bonds or other financial guarantees
• Environmental, landfill, or waste disposal permits
• Any other legally required coverage or authorization

The website operator does not issue, maintain, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the contractor's licenses, permits, insurance, certifications, or legal compliance.

Customers should independently ask the contractor for evidence of current licenses, permits, insurance, or certifications before approving any work.

4. Quotes and Service Agreements

Information displayed on this website is general and does not constitute a binding quotation, estimate, warranty, or service agreement.

Pricing may vary according to factors including:

• Volume and weight of the items
• Item type and condition
• Accessibility and stairs
• Labor required
• Disposal, recycling, or landfill fees
• Hazardous or restricted materials
• Safety requirements

• Local conditions
• Additional services requested

The independent contractor is responsible for inspecting the property where necessary and providing the customer with final pricing and service terms.

No work should begin until the customer and contractor have agreed on the scope, price, timing, payment terms, and any applicable warranties.

5. No Guarantee of Contractor Availability

Submitting a form, calling the listed number, or requesting a quote does not guarantee that:

• A contractor will accept the inquiry
• The contractor will be available at the requested time
• The property is within the contractor's service area
• The requested work can be performed
• A particular price will be offered
• The customer and contractor will enter into an agreement

The contractor is responsible for responding to the inquiry and determining whether to accept the work.

6. Contractor Selection and Verification
